The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to the town and stunning views in all weather conditions. The cottage itself was well-equipped and had thoughtful touches, like a conservatory for storing outdoor gear and a clothes airer for drying damp items. The beds were comfortable and the cottage provided a cozy home away from home.
Felt like a comfortable home with no reason to complain.

We had a fantastic stay at Todd Crag View in Ambleside! The cottage was conveniently located in the heart of town, yet it was set up high above the main street, ensuring a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The steep climb up steps was well worth the effort, as it provided a quick shortcut. The cottage was spacious enough for our group of two adults, one teenager, and one child. The conservatory was a useful space for storing our outdoor gear, and the clothes airer came in handy for drying damp items. The bedrooms were a bit small, but the beds were comfortable. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning, and even though the weather didn't allow for much outdoor sitting, we can imagine it would be even better in good weather. the location was very convenient, the views were superb, and the cottage felt like a home away from home.
